Jerome D. Lewis is a mentor, educator, and servant-leader who has spent decades walking with student-athletes, families, and communities. Drawing from his own experience as a father of collegiate athletes and a champion for education, Jerome created Locker Room to Legacy to help young people connect faith, character, and purpose with every decision they make on and off the field.
From locker room conversations to classroom expectations, Jerome’s heart is to see student-athletes graduate not just with stats and highlights, but with a clear sense of who they are, Who they belong to, and what they are called to build with their lives.
Locker Room to Legacy exists to equip student-athletes to lead with faith, finish with character, and leave a legacy that outlives their playing days. Through speaking, curriculum, and mentorship, we help schools and communities build a consistent framework from middle school through college.
The Locker Room to Legacy framework connects three lanes: Locker Room to Legacy (LTL) for high-school and college athletes, Classroom to Championship (CTC) for middle-school and early high-school students, and 4Q | 1 Life (4Q) as a life framework that ties it all together.
Our team partners with schools, churches, and community organizations to deliver assemblies, small-group sessions, leadership cohorts, and NIL readiness training. Every touchpoint emphasizes the same three words: Faith. Family. Finish. We walk alongside student-athletes, parents, and coaches so that everyone is pulling in the same direction.
Together, we create environments where young people are seen, challenged, and supported—helping them move from the locker room to the classroom to a legacy that honors God and serves others.
Locker Room to Legacy is built on a team approach. Speakers, coaches, educators, and community leaders all play a role in surrounding student-athletes with support. These badges represent key roles in the movement; you can replace the names and titles below with your actual team members.
